Returns & Exchanges

The Suvaam endeavour's to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. As a policy, we do not entertain returns on products delivered in perfect, undamaged condition. A product is only eligible for return under the following conditions-

  • A wrong product has been dispatched and in the event that a product does not match the item selected during order confirmation
  • If you identify a quality or a manufacturing defect on the received product.
  • If the product is received in a damaged condition.
  • No refunds on Electronics product, and Cleaning Products (Used). (However, if there is a manufacturing defect found, Customer can contact us through our website within 24 hours of delivery for possible options available for replacing the product.)

However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn't match the item in the order confirmation) or if it has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we extend options for replacement of your orders! (Customer can contact us about the defective product received on support@suvaam.com within 24hrs from the date of delivery.)


Refunds

In case of cancellation before shipment, the refund is processed within 3-4 business days after receiving the cancellation request.
  • Refunds are not provided for used Product in cleaning category.
    How ever we have 7 Days replacement policy. If the product is received and got defective then within 7 Days from Deliver Customer can apply for replacement.  
  • In Case if the product is received in damaged condition before using kindly share the video of the product along with packaging to our support@suvaam.com Email, our team will review your mail and help you further with the process. 

For transactions done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 48-72 hours. However, it may take 4-5 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

RETURN REFUND PROCESS

1. Our return policy is applicable within 72hours from receipt of the product and applicable only for the following reasons:

  • Damaged product (broken).
  • Manufacturing defect.
  • Incorrect product.
  • However, this is not applicable on purchase of electronic products.

The time frame starts from the date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners. Cancellation cannot be made once the order is placed.

2. We request customers to send two images and video (one of the damaged part and one of the entire product) of the product for us to ascertain the reason for return. You can send the images on support@suvaam.com from where our Quality Assurance team will check the details in reference to its eligibility of return/replacement.

3. We will revert with your Return Request Status within 2-3 days of receiving your request mail with pictures/videos. Once your return request has been accepted, we will arrange a reverse pick-up for the product in question. It usually takes about 2-3 working days for organising a pickup and 7-10 days for delivery at our warehouse. Once the product is back at our warehouse, our quality assurance team will check the product and the refund process will get initiated within 2-3 days of receiving it. It will then reflect in your bank account (This is not applicable for the purchase of electronic products and used Cleaning products).

4. No refund on purchase of Electronic product. Only if the product is received in damaged condition and complain is raised within 24 hrs from the date the product is delivered we will proceed for replacement. Once your return request has been accepted, we will arrange a reverse pick-up for the product in question. It usually takes about 2-3 working days for organizing a pickup and 7-10 days for delivery at our warehouse. Once the product is back at our warehouse, our quality assurance team will check the product and if found defective/damaged will replace with a new product without any extra charges.
Note: Video recording will be mandatory for electronic products if found defective on receiving.



5. Issue with Dispatched Products

  • Inspection Required: If there is an issue with the product after it has been dispatched, or if the product is lost by our courier partner, we will conduct a thorough inspection to determine the nature of the issue.

  • Resolution Process:

    • For Damaged Products: If the product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hrs of receiving the product. We will inspect the reported damage and, if valid, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement product, depending on availability and your preference.
    • For Lost Products: If the product (or any quantity in the order)is lost by the courier partner, please notify us within 24hrs of delivery date. We will investigate the issue with the courier. Once the investigation is complete, we will issue a refund or send a replacement product, depending on the outcome of the investigation and availability.
      The refund or replacement process will only if the customer has provided the Unboxing video with proper shipping label, in its delivered condition.
      (In case of no proper Video from customer refund or replacement will not be processed.)
  • Processing Time: The inspection and resolution process typically takes 5 working Days. We will keep you informed throughout the process.

NO RETURN AND EXCHANGE FOR FREE Products. ( There will. be no exchange or return to the product which are given free in offer or sales however product purchased will have replacement and refund process but for free product given on the purchase will not come under return or refund and exchange policy.)


Points to remember -  
Product must be returned with the original packaging, including the tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping label (pasted on the packet), invoice etc.  Product should be unused and in the original condition
