Cancellations

If the user wishes to cancel an order, the user shall drop an email at support@suvaam.com with the order number sent through the email requesting cancellation. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not permitted (For orders  to be cancelled immediately which placed within 4hrs).
For orders Delivered, and looking for refund Kindly refer our Refund Policy.

How does the delivery process work?

• Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in perfect condition.
• After they pass through the final round of quality checks, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
• Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

What is the range of locations to which products are shipped?

We ship products throughout India! 

How to track my order?

Once the order is shipped you will receive tracking details on your number or email. You can easily track your order with that. You can also email us at support@suvaam.com

What is the estimated delivery time?

We usually dispatch most orders within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Most of the shipments are delivered in 2 to 7 working days depending upon the location from which it is placed.
